Joviality is looking for an assistant Sales and Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

Job Description:

  • Supervises and guides the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets. Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
  • Achieves monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual sales.
  • Develops and executes a strategy for discovering and securing new business opportunities either locally, regionally, or internationally.
  • Adapts new business strategies in accordance with the types of clients already secured by the company.
  • Plans and prepares presentations and reports.
  • Evaluates, determines, and realizes quarterly business growth goals.
  • Closes new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts.
  • Regular Follow up with existing clients to ensure consistency and growth in deals and partnership
  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure fulfillment of purchase orders made by clients.
  • Visits outlets to maintain good display and ensure guidelines being followed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
